Co. Clare, Ireland Dromoland Castle Golf and
Country Club has undergone an amazing transformation over the past three

Simply Cycling Ireland
John Clinton , Co.
Clare The tours are based in the west and generally begin and end where there are good transport links. Some tours begin in the village of Doolin and for these we can collect you from Shannon airport or Ennis to start your tour. The terrain is a mixture of coastal and inland, flat and undulating countryside. We try to keep to flatter parts but there is the occasional long climb and some short hills. Daily distances are about 30 to 45 kms with many stops along the way. Show me all the details for Simply Cycling Ireland |

Co. Clare Bream,
Tench, Rud, Roach, Pike. There is excellent angling for all species of coarse
fish, on the River Shannon and its largest lake, Lough Derg, and on the East
Clare lakes. There fisheries are well serviced for bank and boat fishing.
Some of the lakes on the Fergus system are especially good for Pike and
Perch. Among the most popular are Ballycullinan, Cullaun, Tullymacken,
Ballyteighe and Ballyala. The village of Corofin is at the centre of this
system and all lakes are within an 8 mile radius. |
